Since
 Leviathen recently altered the uniforms for our in-progress Sailor Moon roleplaying game, MOONLESS SKY, I decided to doodle her character, Sailor Mariner, to see how I felt about the new design, nyo. Overall, I really like it, but I keep wondering if I'll change little things about it~ (I already made the waist ribbons more of a sash and eliminated the forehead jewel...)This was drawn and colored in MSPaint, and then lazily shaded and background-ed in PSP9.
